8fit is a mobile app to get fit at home. It offers you to download sessions intense and effective exercise, suited to your goals.

8fit sessions are based on CrossFit and other disciplines, offering intense exercise and varied in 6 types of sessions: Tabatas, intervals time intervals repetitions, hard stop, functional and metabolic career. They are training lasting from 5-15 minutes can be done without equipment…, but you will work at the limit of your abilities!
