Sworkit is an application for Android & iOS that commitment to introducing a personal trainer in the smart phone. This application wants to be functional for anyone who wants to use it. It can train specific parts of our body, and modify the sessions to adapt to what we want to achieve with training. In addition, each exercise is represented with a video so you do not have problems when wanting to make the exercises.

It’s really a great workout app for home fitness. With Sworkit I can do 10 min of stretching, 5 or 10 minutes of the workout then hit the stationary bike then shower, all within an hour. The fact that workouts can be randomized is great. If you want to skip an exercise, then push a button and move to the next. After a month I paid for the year subscription. The extras are useful to it. After Mark Cuban bought into Sworkit on “Shark Tank” I am sure it will only get better from here.
